Underwriting & Approval

Every request is reviewed in two steps. First, underwriting looks at the transaction, the escrow, and the commission. Then the file goes to final approval, where funding is confirmed. No single person approves an advance alone.
Funding & Servicing
Money out, money back, no loose ends.
Once an advance is approved, this team handles your agreement, sends your funds, and coordinates with escrow so repayment happens smoothly at closing. If a closing date moves, they work with you on next steps.
