COMMISSION ACCELERATOR RESOURCES
Commercial commission advances
Commercial real estate transactions can involve longer timelines, more documentation, and payment arrangements that need individual attention. Commission Accelerator reviews commercial commission advance requests based on the specific opportunity.
The starting point is a clear picture of the commission, the documents supporting it, and how and when payment is expected to occur.
What makes the review transaction-specific
Your account director will review the transaction structure and available information. Relevant details may include:
- The nature and current status of the commercial transaction.
- The agreements supporting the commission and your share.
- The expected payment date or schedule.
- Any conditions that affect when commission is payable.
- The parties responsible for verification and payment coordination.
Do not assume that a commercial request will have the same terms or document requirements as a residential pending sale.
Prepare the supporting information
Have your professional and brokerage information, relevant transaction and commission agreements, payment details, and the amount you want considered ready for review. Share any known amendments, delays, or unresolved conditions.
Your account director will identify the documents and clarification needed for your request.
Review the full terms
A Commission Accelerator advance is a purchase of commission receivables, not a loan. If approved, you receive the applicable terms to review before funding.
- Understand the amount advanced and the purchased commission due.
- Review the fees, payment schedule, and applicable dates.
- Confirm the required broker and payment coordination.
- Understand your obligations if the transaction or payment schedule changes.
Your signed agreement and any subsequent written amendments govern the advance.
Coordinate changes promptly
If the transaction status, commission, or expected payment date changes, contact your account director promptly. Changes to the underlying transaction do not automatically amend your advance agreement.
Start with a conversation and a review
Each advance is subject to review, verification, required documents, availability of funds, and final approval. Agent eligibility does not guarantee approval of a commercial transaction, and no particular funding timeline is guaranteed.
