Clear terms | Human review | Nationwide
A straightforward process
From request to funding, without the black box.
We review the agent and the underlying opportunity separately. Approval of one does not guarantee approval of the other—and that clarity protects everyone involved.

Pending sale
For an accepted contract moving toward closing, when the commission is earned but the timeline is still doing timeline things.
Explore pending-sale advances →Active listing
For qualified listings where additional working capital can support marketing, operations, or near-term business expenses.
Explore active-listing advances →Commercial transaction
For commercial commissions with longer cycles, more documents, and transaction structures that deserve an actual conversation.

Common questions
Before you request an advance.
Is this a loan?
No. A Commission Accelerator advance is a purchase of commission receivables. Your agreement explains the terms of that purchase, including the amount, fee, and your responsibilities.
Is an advance guaranteed once my agent profile is approved?
No. Agent eligibility and transaction approval are separate decisions. Every advance is subject to its own review, verification, required documents, availability of funds, and final approval.
How quickly can an advance be funded?
Timing depends on the request and how complete and verifiable the information is. Every request receives human review, and additional documents or clarification may be needed. We do not guarantee a particular funding timeline.
Does the brokerage have to participate?
Brokerage acknowledgment, verification, or approval may be required depending on the request and applicable documents. We explain the required coordination before funding.
What if my closing date changes?
Contact your account director promptly. We’ll review the updated transaction details and discuss next steps. Your agreement controls the applicable dates, fees, and obligations.
What happens if my deal falls through?
Contact your account director promptly. Depending on the situation, options may include moving the advance to another existing transaction, arranging a self-pay payment plan, or exploring other ways to get back on track. Your account director will guide you through the available options and next steps.
